Stratus Properties Inc. issued a press release dated June 3, 2020, titled “Stratus Properties Inc. to Hold First-Quarter 2020 Conference Call on Thursday, June 25, 2020.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.

As previously disclosed in its Current Report on Form 8-K filed May 11, 2020, Stratus Properties Inc. is relying on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s order (Release No. 34-88465) to delay the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2020, which it expects to file timely, on or about the June 25, 2020, due date.
